Aerobics

According to the definition given in 1981 by the dictionary the Petit Robert, the aerobics , female name, is a “gymnastic which models the body and oxygenates fabrics by fast movements carried out in music ”. This sporting discipline was invented by a doctor, the doctor Kenneth Cooper.

The term “Aerobics” (of English aerobics “aerobic”) made its appearance in the United States as of 1968, in France, it will be necessary to await 1979 to see appearing the term Aérobic and its mediatization starting from 1980 in the television program “Gym Tonic” with Veronique and Davina.

The courses of aerobics also appeared as of the beginning of the Années 1980, in order to practice movements of physical culture in rate/rhythm and of coordination on endiablées musics.   • osseous: Périostite S, fractures of tiredness, fractures complete,
  • rachidian: Cervicalgie S, Dorsalgie S, Lumbago S, Sciatic nerve S.
