Advanced vocational diploma - Electronic systems

BTS Electronic systems replaces the old electronic BTS.

In electronic, it is in maintenance that one recruits more. In the manufacturers, the high-level techniciens take part in the tasks related on the design and the development, with the technical studies. In the suppliers and the users, the technician has in load the installation, the exploitation and the maintenance of the technical system. The technicians ensure also the after-sales service.

Electronic graduates STI engineering are majority in this die. Some vats S (Engineering).

Formation

It aims at making known to the pupils good electronic systems: circuits, components, software… Weekly schedules of first year:

  • - French (3h)
  • - maths (4h)
  • - English (2h)
  • - economy and business management (1 H)
  • - physical applied (10h), electronics (telecommunications
  • - data-processing, systems of measurement, automatisms, material general public, video, audio, telephony, (11h)
  • - optional living language (1h).

Four to eight weeks of training course at the end of the first year.

Outlets

Fitter and repairer of Radar S, computer materials, security systems; recurring measurements on electronic systems… The functions which the high-level technicien can occupy are varied. The outlets are in the technical-commercial field of the following sectors: car manufacturers, equipment suppliers of aeronautics, industrial maintenance firms.

Within the framework of the continuations of studies:

  • professional License (automobile High frequencies, equipment, data processing and network, programming real-time…),

  • CPGE - ATS, Preparatory class at the Universities ATS. It is a preparation in one year with the contests of the universities. These classes are opened to the good titular students of a BTS or of one HAD.
