Adsav

Adsav is a Breton nationalist movement born in 2000 of a scission of POBL. Its name means raising , rebirth in Breton.

Positioning

Adsav is defined as the party of the Breton people, far from right/left binary separation, and says “ committed for the restoration of the Breton national feeling, the independence of the Breton nation and the defense of all the characters which seal the Breton identity ”.

It is perceived by the majority of the observers as being a party of extreme-right-hand side but is defined as the nationalist right.

Cut

In 2007, Adsav asserts, more than 1000 members. The Book France Rebels of Xavier Crettiez and Isabelle Sommier, written in 2001 and published in 2002, does not allot more few tens to him of militants. It does not have, in addition, permanent headquarter.

Publications

The organization publishes a newspaper War Raok (Ahead), as well as a letter Lizher Adsav bound for the militants interns, and has bonds with Unvaniezh Koad Kev, association of which the goal is to perpetuate the memory of the Abbé Perrot. It has a youth movement Yaouankiz Broadelour Breizh .

Program and philosophy

For Adsav, the Breton ones are “ victims of a mental occupation ”. Its principal message is thus: “Breton Master at home”. Adsav is favorable to Europe power of the confederal type definite on a " basis; civilisationelle" and is opposed to adhesion with the European Union of Turkey and other countries which he regards as non-European. Adsav is, in addition, hostile with non-European immigration and claims, on its site, the departure of the immigrants present in Brittany which he regards as " victim of deculturation and déracinement".

Adsav known as favorable to a big role of the state in the economy, in the name of the refusal of the mondialism. He wants to be the “federator of all those and those which wish to engage as of now with the service of Brittany ” and affirms to promote the Breton culture and “ to preserve the Breton people of the plagues which threaten it ”: “ linguistic Francization, exile of youth, rural migration, country genocide, tourist alienation, spectacular folklorisation, real colonization, rupture of the bonds intergénérationnels, diffusion of the behaviors of escape (suicides, alcoholism, drugs, hatred of oneself…), uncontrolled and massive immigration, destruction of the terrestrial and maritime ecosystem, loss of the direction of crowned ”. Adsav aims to the re-establishment of the values Breton, Celtic, in a company based on the principle of co-responsibility of each one and of the social group.

International bonds

Adsav asserts the party of the Breton people and maintained the bonds with the Vlaams Belang (old Vlaams Blok), the Ligue of North, the National Demokraterna Swedish, and was near to the Parti the Danish People to the Denmark or UDC in Suisse. It follows an independence, nationalist line and europeist. He claims heritage of GNP.

Activities

Adsav did not introduce candidates yet to the elections. Its activity consists mainly of demonstrations and operations of Propagande: joinings of posters, operations of towings, support for various works, congers of the party, commemoration of place of history of Brittany, drafting of a Breton Government program etc…

Flag

Adsav uses a specific flag, called " Tarzh year Deiz" (dawn) with which it was equipped in 2001. This flag results from a proposal of SBV named “Flag of the release of Brittany”. It takes again the old emblem of the GNP, the Triskell orange in a black disc bordered of white, transforming it into a Celtic sun rising on the horizon. This flag is composed of three fasces unequal white, orange and black, in the proportions 3-1-2. The black and white are the colors of Brittany, the black means also the dark past of Brittany under the " domination française". The white symbolizes the glowing future of independence. The orange represents the release which recovers the black gradually. The Celtic sun symbolizes the new paddle for Brittany, and its new rays the new Breton traditional countries. The triskell evokes the Celtic civilization to which Brittany belongs.

Organization

Adsav is structured in sections or kevrennoù by big cities or geographical provinces as well in Brittany as in France or even abroad (Great Britain, the USA, Norway…).

Controversies

Within the framework of the investigation into the attack having aimed at the prefect of the Jura, Aïssa Dermouche, of the members of Adsav were heard by the Police force then put out of cause.

May 18th, 2005, with the 20 hour old newspaper, the television channel France 2 quoted the name of Adsav diffused during a treating report of dissolution by the ministry for the interior of the bunch of hooligans néo-Nazis “Elsass Korps”. Posters of Adsav were shown following images putting in scene individuals making safety hitlérien. May 19th, 2005, Adsav attacked France 2 in slandering. The business is always in hand.

Biographies

Alan Eon

Former executive of the Breton National Left, deceased on March 14th, 2007. It was refractory with STO at the time of the second world war and thus refused to go in Germany. It was indicated honorary president of Adsav in 2002 and is remained in function until the day of its death. Its burial is with Naoned/Nantes.

Frederig Ar To be sulky

Frederig Ar To be sulky is since 2006 vice president of ADSAV. He works in King' S Center for Risk Management (King' S College, London). He studies the impact of the perception and the communication of the risk on the variation of the tolerability of the risk in the field of health. Between 1996 and 2003, he was administrator at the Committee of the public administration (PUMA) of the economic Cooperation organization and development (OECD). These activities relate primarily to questions of governorship, sustainable development and risk management. Before joining OECD, it was consulting in public administration. It made its studies at the Institute of Political Studies of Paris (right and economy) and at the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne, where he was post-doctoral researcher in comparative right.

he carries on his activities in an international environment and was all the more sensitive to the political, economic and cultural inequality which excludes Brittany from the circle of the small prosperous nations of Europe. He put his technical skills, in particular as regards economic policy, with the service of the Breton cause.

Fañch Fraval

Fañch Fraval is currently the national secretary of Adsav. Its implication in the Breton policy was done only through Breton parties. Elected at the Political office of POBL, he resigns of his load following the scission of POBL to the congress of Wall-of-Brittany, to join ADSAV in 2000 during his creation.

Gerard Hirel

Former lieutenant colonel of gendarmerie, which resides at Pleubian. Former head DPS (service of order of FN) for the Country of the Loire. It calls in 2000 with the “destruction of the Réseau Voltaire”. It will direct also the Département Protection Assistance (DPA), version megretist of the DPS, which it leaves to be close to the organization Breton Nationaliste Adsav. He asserts himself of two bunches, the Defense committee of Europe of the nations (CODEN) and the Breton Organization of the information (OBR). He dispatched the September 27th 2002 of the telefaxes to town halls of the Finistere, Morbihan and Coast-with Armor where He announced “an invasion of 1 850 000 people in Brittany, made up of Moslem-Maghrebians, blacks of Africa generating of the diseases, a delinquency and a deliquescence of the Breton identity”. The Court of Appeal of Rennes worsened in 2003 the sorrow to which the magistrates' court of Guingamp had condemned it for provocation to the Racial hate. It was condemned to pay 1.500 euros of fine and to pour 1 500 euros of damages to the MRAP (Movement against racism and for the friendship enters the people), left civil in the business. It returns in 2004 to the President of the French Republic his cross of Knight of the National order of the Merit to protest against “the aggressive colonial attitude adopted by the public authorities in order to destroy specificities of Brittany”.
