His/her father Jean-Baptiste Pezon wanted to make a scientist of it: he attended the best colleges. But it renonça not with the attraction of the open life. In 1888, whereas it spent a few weeks to the menagerie in convalescence, it saved his father of the only serious accident of its career which failed to cost him the life: the wild attack of its brown bear " Groom".

It was henceforth accepted in the very closed circle of the belluaires and his/her father associated it with his company. With died of Baptist it took again the " Large Lozérienne" Menagerie; that it renames soon " Universal Ménagerie".

In 1906, it sells its menagerie to repurchase a more modern business and to create the " New Establishment Adrien Pezon" associating fawn-coloured and cinema. But the beautiful time of the open menageries had passed; less customers and more expenses will strangle the majority of these beautiful establishments.

In 1909 Adrien is withdrawn keeping however some deer in its house of Montreuil.

It dies out in 1920 in Clichy. It is buried in the family tomb of the Cimetière of the Father-Lachaise.
