Adrian Năstase
Adrian Năstase (Bucharest, June 22nd 1950) is a politician, member of the social democrat and old Parti Prime Minister the Romania.
Năstase is graduate in Droit and Sociologie. Doctor in right of the University of Bucharest, professor of University S (Bucharest and Paris the 1-Pantheon), it is since 1984 member of the French company of International law and since 1995 member of the American company of International law. Since 1993, he is vice-president of World Council off To form Foreign Ministers.
In 1990 it becomes Député on the lists of the Face of the National Hello, left formation of founded by Ion Iliescu.
After 3 weeks, it is named Ministre Foreign affairs, function which it keeps until in 1992, when it is elected by the deputies President of the Lower House of the Parlement, the House of Commons.
In 1996 its party loses the elections and Adrian Năstase, re-elected appointed, becomes the chief of the social democrat parliamentary group. In 1997 it is named vice-president of its party and in 2000 President by Intérim of the social democrat Parti.
In December 2000 it is appointed Prime Minister minority Gouvernement of left (relative majority to the Parliament for the PSD) and in June 2001 becomes president of this party (Ion Iliescu had obtained a new mandate of president).
After the elections of October 2004, Adrian Năstase is again elected president of the House of Commons, but loses the presidency of the social democrat Parti in favor of Mircea Geoană.
Today he is suspected penally of flight, corruption, and of misuse of public money.
