Administrative court of the United Nations

According to the statute of the Administrative court of the United Nations , adopted by the General meeting of the United Nations on November 24th, 1949 and several times amended:

The Court is qualified to know requests calling upon the non-observance of the contract of service of the civils servant of the Secretariat of the United Nations or the condition of uses of these civils servant and to rule on the aforementioned requests.

Its scope was extended to the personnel of the Clerc's Offices of the the International Court of Justice and the International court of the right of the sea, and with the personnel of the international Autorité of sea-beds. He knows requests calling upon the non-observance of the Statutes of the common Case of the pensions of the personnel of the United Nations by a decision of the Joint committee of the common Case of the pensions of the personnel of the United Nations.
