Administrative court of call of Douai

The Administrative court of call of Douai is the French jurisdiction of call of the decisions returned by the administrative courts of Rouen, Lille and Amiens. It was creates the 1e September 1999, in accordance with the provisions of the law of January 6th, 1995. Previously, the courts above depended in call on CAA on Nancy, except Rouen, which depended on CCA of Nantes.

The court is made up of nineteen magistrates, sitting within three rooms. Its president is Serge Daël, to advise State.
