Administration off Act Justice

The Administration off Justice Act (Act of administration of justice), or Impartial Act for the Administration off Justice (Act for the impartial administration of justice), called Murdering Act or Murder Act (act assassin), was voted by the Parlement of the United Kingdom and became a law the May 20th 1774. This act is one of the Intolerable Acts , or Punitive Acts , or Coercive Acts , of which the goal is to ensure the British Juridiction on the thirteen colonies of North America.

This act abolished the local government of justice, authorizing the governor of the colony of Bay of Massachusetts, to order that any investigation, inculpation or call are judged in Great Britain or in any other British colony; being able to force any witness to appear with such a lawsuit and requiring a guarantee for any marked person of a " capital crime in the execution of its devoirs." What means that the lawsuits would take place in Great Britain, by a British judge, ensuring an exit of the lawsuit in favor of the British.
