Adjudication

The adjudication is, in French right, the method of sale of a good put at the Enchère S by a judge, a notary or a Fonctionnaire, with the person offering the highest price.

In the public tenders, the contractor is the company whose offer was retained by the office of adjudication to in public be the contracting one of the public moral person of right wanting to conclude the public service contract in question.

In certain country (whose Belgium), the adjudication is a procedure of government contract by which a public administration (adjudicator) selects a supplier (contracting) for the acquisition of work, supplies or services. The characteristic of this procedure is that the supplier offering least low price (with the lowest offer) is systematically retained.
