Adelac

Adelac SAS is a French dealer of highway, subsidiary of the group Eiffarie, charged by decree public with exploiting the French Highway Northern A41, in its section between Saint-Julien-in-Genevese and Villy-the-Pelloux. The concession Adelac course until December 31st, 2052.

Creation

Within the framework of a European invitation to tender, Adelac has concurru and gained the concession contract for the construction and the exploitation of the highway A41 in its northern section. This one was decided of public utility by the decree of May 3rd, 1995. Following this invitation to tender, on October 27th, 2005 by decree, the concession was established for one 47 years duration.

Exploited network

Adelac manages only French Autoroute A41 in its northern part between Saint Julien in Genevese (A401 Connection) to Villy-The-Pelloux (Northern connection A41 Area), on 19 kms. In the following part, the highway is conceded with Area.

Shareholding

Adelac is composed shareholders primarily resulting from the sector of public works and highway. The shares are distributed as follows:

Bouygues Public works: 23,05%,
GFC Construction: 2,80%,
DTP Earthwork: 6,90%,
Colas: 6,90%,
Skittle: 6,45%,
Setec: 2,00%,
Savings bank Rhône Alpes: 2,00%,
Rhone Highways and the Alps 49,90%.

Exploitation

Adelac entrusted to Area the current exploitation of the highway. This one will have the role of ensuring all that attracted has that via its center of exploitation CESAR to Aiguebelette-The-Lake in Savoy.
