Adam Foote

Adam Foote (born the July 10th 1971 with Toronto in the Ontario) is a Canadian player professional of Hockey which evolves/moves at the station of defender.
Career in club
First steps
Foote has grows while playing hockey in a minor league of Brooklyn. He plays then with Keith Primeau and together gain several titles of championship to the beginning of the year 1980. He is recruited thereafter by the Greyhounds de Sault co. Marie of the Ontario Hockey League as a second choice at the time of the fishing out of 1988. He will then play three seasons in the OHL with Greyhounds, of which the last season under the direction of Ted Nolan.
Professional path
Foote is selected during the fishing out of entry in the National league of hockey by the Nordiques of Quebec in 1989. It is then the 22 ème player chosen during the draft .
He plays Quebec for four seasons and will follow the frankness during his removal to Denver to become the Avalanche of Colorado. He gains twice the Coupe Stanley with the Avalanche (1996 and 2001) in nine additional seasons.
The 2005, it signs a three year old contract of 13,5 million Dollars with the Blue Jackets de Columbus and becomes about it immediately the assistant captain and in December of the same year, it takes the continuation of Luke Richardson as a captain.
