Acrosome

The acrosome' is a membrane which wraps the core of the Spermatozoïde. It is formed starting from the Vésicule S golgiennes at the time of the spermiogénèse (passage of the round spermatide to the lengthened spermatide). The acrosome is very rich in Enzyme S, and has like function to amalgamate with the cellular membrane of the ovule for then opening and inserting the genetic luggage of the spermatozoon.
