Acronychia acidulated
Acronychia acidulated is a tree of small or average size of the wet tropical forests of the Queensland, in Australia. The fruit, acid and scented is collected in Australia.
Its fruit has a taste ranging between lemon and grapefruit and is used in drinks, sauces and the confectioneries.
The tree is cultivated with small scales in the specialized gardens of the east coast of Australia since the north of Queensland until the north of the News-Wales-of-South. The tree has a rapid growth and requires to be cut regularly to be able to collect the fruits with breast height. It has a low productivity and gives its first fruits four years after being sown. He prefers the well drained and rich grounds.
