The rousserolle of Tuamotu or warbler of Tuamotu ( Acrocephalus atyphus ) is a bird of the endemic family of sylviidés the of the Archipel of Tuamotu in French Polynésie.
Surface of distribution
The species is endemic archipelago of Tuamotu (atolls of Anaa, Makatea, Napuka, Niau, Tahanea, etc) in French Polynesia.
Subspecies
Six subspecies were described:- Acrocephalus atyphus atyphus (Wetmore, 1919), of the north-western atolls of Tuamotu,
- Acrocephalus atyphus eremus of Makatea,
- Acrocephalus atyphus flavidus of Napuka,
- Acrocephalus atyphus niauensis of Niau,
- Acrocephalus atyphus palmarum of Anaa,
- Acrocephalus atyphus rava of the atolls of the south-east of the archipelago.
