Achille de Harlay is a magistrate French, born in Paris on March 7th, 1536 and dead on October 23rd, 1616.
Wire of Christophe de Harlay, lord of Beaumont (today common of Beaumont-of-Gâtinais the), president with Mortar of the Parliament of Paris, and Catherine Of the Valley.
In 1558, he becomes adviser at the Parliament of Paris.
May 30th, 1568, he marries Catherine de Thou, girl of Christophe de Thou, First president of the Parliament of Paris, with which he will have a son, Christophe de Harlay. In 1572, it takes again the Office of his father like govern mortar at the same Parliament, that this one had resigned on August 30th, 1572. With died of his/her father-in-law Christophe de Thou, in 1582, Henri IV appoints it First president of the Parliament of Paris.
