Acetate Zero

Acetate Zero is a group of Musique formed in 1997 with Paris based on the idea to record pieces instinctively and simply, while making cross lines of guitars without to neglect the contribution of electronic elements.

Biography

At the beginning, at the end of 1996, F & S recorded loops and tried to sound like the Disco Inferno taking again Dead C. E arrived and Acetate zero recorded the first 7" on Orgasm in 1998 with the means of the edge.

In 1999, realization of “Softcore paradise”, the 1st album published with 200 specimen always on Orgasm, which will be re-pressed by the Californian label Drumkid (initially envisaged on Slumberland) in 2003.

After 3 individual, Acetate zero leaves their second album “Ground altitude” in 2002 on Arbouse Recordings. At the end of 2004, left the 3rd album “Crestfallen” always on Arbutus-berry.

The concerts are rare, a score of dates to date. Acetate Zero played with Album Leaf, Encre, The New Year, Empress, took part in festival MO' FO #4, and carried out a round with Rothko.

An album live in a hurry with 250 specimens left at the end of 2006. It is composed of twelve titles recorded in various show with Paris between 2001 and 2006 and of four new titles.
