Accent

In a current meaning, the accent is a characteristic of Diction of a speaker in a Langue given. It is specific to an area or a Social environment and can be characterized by deteriorations of the Débit, Prononciation and intonation. It is also used to differentiate from the Mots, the Phrases and the Textes.
