Academic institute of technology has of Lyon I

The Academic institute of technology has of Lyon 1 (IUT A) is a IUT created in 1967 (for the oldest departments). It forms integral part of the university of Lyon 1.

Although localized on different sites, the principal administrative buildings are locate on the campus of Endowed It with Villeurbanne; it is also it which one finds the greatest diversity of formation: six. The other part of the institute is in the town of Borough-in-Bresse, where one can find three formations different.

On the site of the campus of Endowed It: Professional licenses related to the department Chemistry:
  • professional License IIPC (Instrumentation of the Chemical Generating Stations)
  • professional License CCIP (Chemistry and control of the generating stations)

Life coed

Within the IUT has; BDE S (or Association coed) which organizes throughout the year of the play activities, sporting and festive:
  • evenings
  • day or weekend of integration
  • left ski (in the neighborhoods of February)
  • Olympiads

Each department with its own BDE dealing with the integration of the students of his department; that is to say 6 BDE for IUT A. There exist also a federation of these associations coeds: the Student Club!! The purpose of this association is to facilitate the communication inter-departments, to organize more important events thanks to the participation of the BDE, to help them when they need some without forgetting its impliaction in the elections coeds (CA, CEVU, CROUS).

To note the birthday of the 40 years of the IUT who took place in 2006 for the French IUT, and in 2007 for the IUT has of Lyon 1.
