Abu Said Uthman
Abû Its `îd `Uthmân (أبوسعيدعثمانبنيعقوب its `īd `uθmān Ben ya `qūb) is a late son of Abû Yûsuf Ya `qûb born in 1275. It succeeded his brother Abû Al-Rabî `Sulaymân like sultan mérinide in 1310. He died in 1331.
History
Pacifist and pious he preferred the construction of mosques and madrasas to the war. But his/her son Abû `designated Ali as successor revolted against his father. Abû Its `id initially was dislocated by this wire félon (1315), but it could take again the capacity and designate as heir his other wire Abû Al-Hassan.
