Abu Saïd (Timourides)

Abu Saïd Mirza (1427 - 1469), nephew of Khalil Sultan, great-grandson of Tamerlan and large emir timouride of 1452 at 1469.

It was dominated by the monks and, under its reign, the cultural life étiola with Samarkand and concentrated with Hérat, where it was to open out thanks to its successor Husayn Bayqara (reign 1469 - 1506).

It was killed during a war against the dynasty turkmene of the White Sheep (Aq Qoyunlu).
