Abu Nasr Mansur ibn Ali ibn Iraq (v. 960 - 1036) was a Persan Mathématicien . He is well-known to have discovered the Loi of the sines.

Abu Nasr Mansur was born in the area from Gilan in the royal family from Afrighides from the Khwarezm. He was thus prince in the political arena. He was the professor of Al-Biruni and also an important colleague of the mathematician. Together, they were in the beginning great discoveries in mathematics and dedicated one to the other of many works.

The majority of the work of Abu Nasr were targeted on mathematics, but some of its writings related to the Astronomie. In mathematics, it devoted many important treaties to the Trigonométrie, developed starting from work of Ptolémée. It also preserved the writings of Ménélaüs of Alexandria and revised many theorems of the Greeks.

He died in current the Afghanistan close to the town of Ghazni.
