Abraham Gotthelf Kästner
Abraham Gotthelf Kästner (1719-1800) was a German mathematics professor.
Born with Leipzig, he was professor with the Université of Gottingue and one of the most active members of the literary company of this city, of which he published several volumes of the Mémoires .
Its principal works, in addition to many elementary treaties, are:
- a History of Mathematics , 1796-1800, in German,
- a New demonstration of the immortality of the heart .
