Abmahnung
A " Abmahnung " (Injunction) is, in German Droit, a formal summation of a person with another, to give up a precise behavior in the future. In Germany, it is expressly envisaged in the § 314 al. 2 BGB, like condition of the cancellation for right reasons for permanent contracts.
