Abhar
Abhar ابهر is a town of Iran located between Qazvin and Zanjan, in the Province of Qazvin. Its population was estimated at 72.386 inhabitants in 2006.
The city is a scientific center thanks to its universities: the free University of Abhar, the university Payam Noor, Sama and other arts centres and scientific. Its geographical position, on the roads and railroad connecting Teheran to Tabriz, gives him a role of town of transit and attracted companies like Minoo, AWC, Medisk, Parsnakh and others.
