Abbey of the Small garden
The abbey of the Small garden is located at Walcourt in the Namur ois (Belgium).
In 1232 the abbey of moniales is founded Small garden which depends directly on the Abbaye of Cîteaux.
In 1441, the moniales are replaced by monks who are installed on a site close to the old abbey. The new abbey is girl of the Abbaye of Mills.
In 1796, the abbey of the Small garden is dissolved in the wake of the Revolution.
