Las Vegas Parano (Québécois title: Fear and dislike in Las Vegas ) (original title: Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas ) is an American film of Terry Gilliam left in 1998, adapted novel éponyme Las Vegas Parano .

Synopsis

Raoul Duke, journalist, and its lawyer, enormous Dr. Gonzo, leave in transfered to Las Vegas to cover an major event there: a race of motor bikes to the paces of popular village fair. In this year 1971, America loses its great dreams brought by the years 1960, and is plunged in an outrageous cynicism… However, this voyage is only one pretext. The two protagonists, indeed, benefit from transfered in Las Vegas to test itself with all that medium of the drug made of better in these blessed years. Mescaline, LSD, coke, and the very famous Marijuana becomes their daily menu.
