Except season

  147 (-23) : Titrate French unknown ( The Nanny Reunion: In Nosh to Remember ) (2004 )

In 2004, the actors of a nanny of hell found themselves for The Nanny Reunion: In Nosh to Remember , a special report devoted to the series. Fran Drescher, the Fine interpreter of Fran, receives its former partners in his house with Malibu. All these actors had benefitted from it to evoke their memories of turning (with in support of the extracts of the series). Note: Daniel Davis (Niles) was large absent from these meeting again occurred on scene in New York.

Comments

The interest of the series rests on the play of the cat and the Souris between Fran, young woman Jewish extravertie and equipped in a conspicuous way, and Maxwell, ripe English and slightly wedged: they are in love one with the other but refuse to acknowledge it. To that come to be added other relations who spice the history:
  • D.C. Babcock and Niles: the partner and the majordomo of Maxwell hate themselves (but is of course?) and do not miss a witty remark with the detriment one by the other. Niles does what it can to bring closer Maxwell de Fran and to move away it from D.C.
  • D.C. Babcock and Maxwell: she wants to conquer it but there remains indifferent to its (awkward) advances. Moreover, she hates the children and they are not easily deceived.
  • Fran and Sylvia: Fran maintains a difficult relation with his/her Jewish mother who is in despair not to see her daughter married to her age (which, according to Fran, would be blocked at 29 years…). Sylvia does not lose an occasion to disparage his/her daughter, theatrically to show it to make it suffer and is invited to the improvist in Maxwell to absorb the delicacies prepared by Niles there.

As in good number of sitcoms American, humor is based on events which contradict what a character has just said. If, for example, Fran says that is not made to espionner the neighbors by the window, undoubtedly it is seen the ear plated against the window the scene according to.

The Jewish ascent of Fran is also one within the comic competences of the series but can leave perplexed the uninitiated person.
