Synopsis
Thomas More, British lawyer, succeed the Wolsey cardinal as chancellor of Henri VIII. Friends who are the king and his minister, they will become enemy because of attitude of Thomas who refuses to grant the remarriage of the king. Thomas will go until martyrdom, with prudence and without fanaticism.
