ATU-Napishtim

ATU-Napishtim is a character of the epopee of Gilgamesh. It tells there how it was saved of a flood caused by the anger of the gods mésopotamiens, and why these gods made him gift of the Immortalité.

In the Babylonian version of the flood (the poem of Supersage), it is known under the name of Atrahasis and Ziusudra in the version sumérienne.
