API Streaming for XML

API Streaming for XML or StAX is a API making it possible to exploit the documents XML. Just like SAX, StAX does not encumber the memory and the document is read linearly, but it is the application which car explicitly the information of the document (with SAX, information is sent to the application like a event). Just like DOM, it is the application which determines what must be read and at which time. In a certain manner, StAX is based on the Motif of design iterator.
