AEG R.I

Bomber four-engined plane, AEG R.I was characterized by the position of its engines, installed in the fuselage and actuated the propellers by means of driveshafts. A single prototype was completed and took the air in 1916, but it was crushed during the tests, killing the 7 people being on board. The second prototype was not finished at the time of the Armistice.
