ADELE Acronym of Electronic administration, used to communicate on the work undertaken by the Agency for the development of the electronic administration (ADAE) around the Governmental program ADELE.

Initiatives

The whole of the subjects which the administration covers being too vast to be managed of only one holding, it was necessary to segment in sets of themes corresponding to wallets of projects having a coherence.

The initiatives are of three types:

  • initiatives of the common base,
  • initiatives relative to the new services,
  • sectoral initiatives corresponding to specific functions of each ministry.

Platform of development

The module ADELE 128 is a technical platform for the collaboratif development: Resource center techniques.

The objective of this platform is to support the capitalization of know-how and the mutualisation of the initiatives for the development of the Information systems in the administration S. the collaborative platform of services intended for the public agencies, aims at the development of the reusable software components and the methods contributing to the deployment of the information systems of the Electronic administration. This platform is in particular made up of a warehouse of information for the dissemination of the information relating to the methods, charters, guides, etc and of a space of collaboratif development which will be also an entrance point for the referencing of the Logiciel reusable S and components.

The space of development adopts the model of SourceForge. The supplier of this model GOES Software seems to move away from the original principles of the Free software.

Relations with ObjectWeb

Contacts were made with the consortium ObjectWeb on possible partnerships: on the technical sides related to the tools (GForge in both cases) but especially on the articulation between the middleware projects and the trades application, insofar as, that it is in France or in the European Union, one starts to hear much of architectures of reference.

Reference frames

There exist three reference frames in close relation:

The technical base is consisted the technical elements of the minimum base of services. Typically, the waiters, the Logiciel S are technical elements.

The services of exchange between the base and the services applicatifs indicate:

  • applicatives interfaces (Services Web),
  • functions of interworking (associated protocols),
  • the directory of technical objects (UDDI).
