ACAZ C.2
ACAZ C.2 was a two-seater hunter which accomplished its first flight in 1926 presented several very modern aspects. Entirely metal biplane of construction, it took a conventional form, but the 4 sections of aerofoil were identical and thus interchangeable. It moreover was equipped with a site on board to install film cameras, making it possible to transform it into apparatus of recognition. The single prototype was tested without success by the Aéronautique Belgian Soldier. The unutilised prototype was to be used by Edmond Thieffry for an air raid in direction of the Belgian Congo. It took off on March 9th, 1928 with two passengers, but forwarding was completed by an emergency landing with Philippeville. The prototype was finally destroyed on accident on January 25th, 1933.
