Aÿ () is it twelfth Pharaon of the Nouvel Empire). Manéthon calls it Have () {Acherres}.

One locates his reign at the neighborhoods of -1327 with -1323.

It could be the son of Youya (Prophet of Min) and Touya (or Tyouyou) thus the brother of Tiyi {{Ire}}, the wife of Amenhotep {{III}}. It is an old civil servant when it reaches the capacity. Aÿ has the row of " Divin" father;. Genealogy

He marries Tiyi {{II}} (or Ti) and has two or three children: Nakhtmin which under Toutânkhamon has the title of General, Néfertiti (the sources are dubious) wife of Amenhotep {{IV}}/Akhénaton and Moutnedjemet wife of Horemheb.
