June 27th: Battle of Conquereuil, during which the count d' Anjou Foulques III Nerra beat and killed Conan Ier of Brittany.

Alliance of Byzance with Venice.
Basile II, Byzantine Emperor, publishes a Chrysobulle granting for the first time of the commercial privileges to Venice. The Venetian ones obtain concession territorial with Constantinople and a reduction in the kommerkion (tax of 10% on the import, the export and the circulation of goods).

May 25th: Beginning of the reign of Boleslas Chrobry, Valiant the, duke of Poland (fine in 1025).

Mieszko Ier leaves a State whose population is estimated at 1,2 million inhabitants and whose borders are with few things close those of Poland in 1945, that is to say 250.000 km ².
Boleslas Ier, wire of Mieszko and Dubravka, appuit on the large ones, draws aside from the capacity his/her three brothers born of Oda and control surface alone.
