9.12 Records is a Canadian and independent recording company which developed its own network of associate. It was creates in 2006 by Christian Jean-François Mercier. 9.12 Records is the recording company of the groups Building Castles Out off Matchsticks, Apjiw, The IF, Plainfingers, Chanel In Chanel Out, The Banjo Consorsium, Temjiin and Dane Spacey. It specializes in the musical styles Acoustique, Folktronic, Shoegaze, electronics and experimental.
