- October 30th: Constantin I {{er}} reinforces the bonds attaching the colonists to their ground. The colonists will be attached to the ground to which they are allotted on the official registers of the taxable quota. Prohibition is made to the Master sell them, free them elsewhere, transfer them safe in another from its grounds provided that this ground is registered in the same chapter of the taxable quota. The colonist has neither the right to leave the country, neither to enter to the military service, nor to stop his work. Only one privilege remains to him: the Master cannot, without his consent, anything to change in the conditions of the tenant farming. The condition of colonist becomes hereditary.
