2C-D

The 2C-D is a Drogue Hallucinogène Psychédélique synthesized by Alexander Shulgin for the first time, sometimes used like Enthéogène.

In its book Pihkal (Phényléthylamines, I knew and liked), Shulgin locates proportioning between 20 and 80 Mg. Lower amounts (generally 10 Mg or less) of 2C-D were studied like potential Nootropique, but the results are mitigated.

The 2C-D is generally taken orally, but it can be taken by inhalation what is on the one hand intensely painful and which decreases the proportioning of the catch to bring back it to 1 to 15 Mg.

The 2C-D is not for the moment not a product listed by international conventions relating to the Stupéfiant S and the Psychotrope S of UNO.

Its toxicity is known little about, because no study was undertaken about it.

According to Shulgin, the effects of the 2C-D last during 4-6 hours.

Shulgin described the 2C-D like a pharmacological kind of “ tōfu ” which, with the manner of the Tōfu would absorb the characters of the products with which it is mixed without deteriorating them or even by reinforcing them. This approach is discussed by certain users who see it like a product psychedelic with whole share.

Hanscarl Leuner, working in Germany, studied the use of the 2C-D under the name of LE-25 for psychotherapeutic research .
