24 generals of Shingen Takeda
The 24 generals of Shingen Takeda (武田二十四将) are vassal Daimyō of the Period Sengoku Shingen Takeda. During the Period Edo, they are selected like popular subject for the Ukiyo-e and the Bunraku. The names vary according to work and the list which follows is the version most largely widespread. They did not work together since some died before others start to be useful but are announced for their exceptional contributions to Shingen and the Clan Takeda.
A third of them died in the Bataille of Nagashino in 1575 when they led the Takeda forces against Nobunaga Oda.
