February

  • February 7th:
    • Treated of Maastricht.
    • Opening of XVIe Winter Olympics in Albertville in Savoy in France. The opening ceremony is signed Philippe Découfle and marks one tourant in and the fence opening ceremonies of Olympic Games.
  • February 21st: The Resto du coeur are recognized of public utility by the Council of State.
