Events

January 20th: Creation of the the Council of the employers of Quebec whose first president is Charles Perreault.

January 24th: The minister Cardinal Jean-Guy sign with France of the agreements relative to a co-operation in the fields of telecommunications, the investments and the industrial trade. Ottawa declares that Quebec exceeded its capacities because, according to him, telecommunications are of federal competence.
