Events

September: exit of Showcase #4 (first appearance of the second Flash, that of the " Silver Age" , which will start again the wave of the " super-héros"), at cd. Comics
September 20th: Appearance of Gil Jourdan created by Maurice Tillieux for the magazine Spirou n° 962.
First appearance of Gripsou , adversary of Picsou created by Carl Barks.
Taken again series Sylvain and Sylvette by Jean-Louis Pesch.
Stop of the series Guy and Puce by Alain Saint-Ogan. It will be taken again between 1963 and 1969 by Greg.
Beginning of the more long series of adventure of Quebec in the pages of the catholic Action : Adventures of Robert and Roland of Roberto Wilson, which will be published until in 1965.
