Events

January 9th: The PCF adopts the strategy “classifies against class”.
January 12th: Communist arrest of deputies S.
Mars: Law on the obligatory Social Security in industry and the trade (modified in 1930).
March 8th: Creation of the agency Publicis by Marcel Bleustein-Strainer.
March 28th: First transatlantic telephone link between Paris and New York.
