Events

  • March 6th: Fall of the government of the President of the Council Aristide Briand.
  • March 9th: Aristide Briand president of the Council (9).
  • April 29th: Agreement of Washington on the war debts.
  • June 15th: Fall of the president of the Council Aristide Briand.
  • June 24th: Aristide Briand president of the Council (10).
  • July 12th: Franco-British agreements on the war debts.
  • July 17th: Fall of the president of the Council Aristide Briand.
  • July 20th: Edouard Herriot president of the Council (2), in a “government of national union” (fine the July 21st).
  • July 21st: crisis of the exchanges (1 book = 243 francs), the evening even Herriot is reversed by the radicals which rock on the right
