the February 14th, with the Senate, Garrisson intervenes as follows: " The Senate knows what are the Family record books. When the deposit of the acts of the Registry office was destroyed in Paris, in the last convulsions of the Commune, one tested the greatest difficulties of reconstituting the Registry office. In this occasion, the Mr. DUFAURE, Minister of Justice published a circular of which I ask for the permission to you of quote yourselves some lines.

  • March 21st: Law Waldeck-Rousseau abrogeant the Law the Hatter prohibiting to corporations thus the trade unions. The trade unions for the first time are authorized in France.
