Events

  • March 5th: Decazes seeks to be based on the left. It reverses the majority of the Upper House while making name sixty new pars. It relieves of the prefects extremists and tries to gain the opinion by liberal measurements, in particular concerning the press.
  • Mars: Laws on the press which remove the censure and prior approval to publish.
  • September 11th: legislative elections: the third success of the Liberal .
    • After the replacement partial of the House of Commons, favorable to independent, Decazes tries to make back machine but does not manage to rejoin the extremists.
