180e meridian

The meridian 180e is the Méridien directly opposed to the Méridien of Greenwich. It is common at the same time to the Longitude S is and western. It should correspond to the Date-line, but the majority of the States which it crosses it moved.

• the United States: passes between the islands Semisopochnoi and Amatignak, in the archipelago of the Aleutian Islands
• Kiribati: passes between the islands Gilbert and the islands Phœnix

• Rabi
• Taveuni
• New Zealand:
• Between the island of North and the islands Kermadec
• Between the islands Bounty and the islands Chatham
• the Antarctic:
