Events
- January 27th: Law of the 7 pluviôse year IX, instituting the secrecy of the instruction.
- February 2nd: the Congregation is joined together with Paris by the former father Jesuit Jean Baptiste Bourdier-Delpuits.
- February 7th: The 18 pluviôse, creation of special courts in 32 disturbed departments. During the vote of these laws, a rupture between Brumairiens appears, disappointed to see isolated capacity, and Bonaparte.
