- the king of the Parthes Vologèse IV sends its Chosroès general in Arménie and invades the Roman Syria.
- the governor of Cappadoce, Mr. Sedatius Severianus is crushed with the battle of Elégéia.
- the Co-emperor Lucius Verus unloads in Syria with the head of an army to face the Parthes. - political Decline of the empire Kusana with died of Kanishka Ier. Its successors would have, at least for the three first, reigned units and would have founded Buddhist cities and monasteries with the Cachemire. Vāsishka would have left inscriptions in the Dekkan in the neighborhoods of Bhopal. Kanishka II would have taken the title of Kaisara (César) but its successors carry purely Indian patronyms. They make more or less independent in the provinces, whereas the center of the empire remains in the Panjab and the Cachemire, until the conquest sassanide in 241.
