Sciences & technology

  • June 25th: Letter of the cosmographer Florentin Paolo Toscanelli with the Portuguese canon Martins, basing itself on the errors spread by Martin de Tyr. It locates the Japan at 2400 miles in the west of the the Canaries (with less of the quarter of the real distance).
